Worker Wednesday- Anthony Williams

What do you enjoy about working at Lithko?

I enjoy the the people and the autonomy to build my own projects. It's a democracy of input  and collaboration between the Operations Manager, Project Coordinator, and Project Lead to  identify the best solution to make a project successful.

What responsibilities did you have when you first started with Lithko? What are your responsibilities now?

I started as a Project Coordinator and I still am.  I've been starting to take on more structural work with the hopes of becoming a Senior Project Coordinator in the near future.

What work challenges excite you?

The fact that we work on different and challenging projects, even though it may seem like we do the same thing on some of them. No project is the same, which keeps us on our toes no matter what role of the project team.

What is your career vision?

To be a Senior Project Coordinator and see where that leads me. I also would like to help groom the next generation in the construction industry.

What does Black History mean to you?

We as a country haven't forgotten our original sin and the changes we need to make to ensure not only blacks, but all races have the same opportunities to thrive and be successful in the United States. It also gives us the time to celebrate all the contributions black people have made to making United States what it is today (whether in medicine, engineering, film, sports, judicial, tech, etc.).

There are a lot of exciting things going on at Lithko, and we currently have over 20 positions available across the country to help facilitate our future growth. Visit our careers page or feel free to reach out to us directly.
