In September 2015, Cincinnati leadership identified opportunities in the Lexington and Louisville markets. We started to pursue clients in this market, securing an average of 1-2 projects per year. This resulted in the development of a central Kentucky workforce and in January of 2016 leadership made the commitment to establish the Lexington BURG.

In the fall of 2015, we were awarded the Morehead State University Dining Hall & Parking Garage with Wehr Constructors. Shortly after we secured Project Hydra with Alston Construction, our first tilt up project in the central Kentucky area, and Summit at Fritz Farms with Brasfield and Gorrie. The successful execution of these projects has allowed us to develop key customers and vendor partnerships in this area.
