The Nashville BURG has grown to over five times the co-workers and nearly five times the revenue of its opening year (2008).
We started out doing light commercial and industrial construction work such as steel frames and slab-on-grade foundations. Now majority of our work is multi-story, cast-in-place buildings. We also have the capability to undertake tilt up construction and large scale slabs. A couple key projects include the 1.5 million square foot warehouse for Nissan and the 800,000 square foot distribution center for Commerce Farms.
Our team has developed the ability to work well in cramped quarters. The CONRAC airport parking structure, which was our first project with elevated decks, was at the entry of the airport through which all traffic flowed. The Dillard’s department store parking garage on the backside of Green Hills was a $10 million concrete package in a very busy area. And the 1000 Division St mixed-use project in downtown Nashville was a tight site. We met the schedule and exceeded quality expectations on all three projects.
