What do you enjoy about working at Lithko? What motivates you to wake up and go to work?
I enjoy driving by structures and saying "I helped build that." I like how each day presents new challenges and different problems to solve.
What responsibilities did you have when you first started with Lithko? What are your responsibilities now?
When I first started at Lithko I was responsible for gathering tools, gas up equipment, and I followed directions for general laboring and carpentry work.
Today, I am the bridge between the laborers, carpenters and the leads. I write and give DPPs, read prints, perform basic layout, and run the crew when leads aren’t present.
